Restorative Yoga

Tuesday July 10th 4:45pm

A class designed to soothe the mind and body. We will be doing a series of supported poses (no exertion necessary in this class) combined with mindful breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and allow for deep relaxation.  Let the props do the work so you can stretch and deeply relax.  Get ready to feel pampered.

Sign up required.  Due to the high volume of props required in restorative yoga class is limited to 4 people.  Contact shelly@wellfinity.com to sign up.  Please register by Monday, July 9th.  Regular punch card or drop-in fee applies. Included with monthly membership.

Divine Flow

Friday, July 13th 9:15-10:15am

Put worship into motion with this Christian- themed yoga class. If you have been hesitant to try yoga because you fear it’s misaligned with your faith, or if you want to deepen your experience and relationship with God, this yoga class is for you.

Class will follow a typical vinyasa flow format, but will include Christian references. Start the class meditating on a bible verse. Discover how the body can become an instrument of worship; opening you up to the divine flow of the Holy Spirit and allowing you to experience the peace and joy that comes from communion with God.

All levels of practitioners are welcome. Yoga mats are available if you don’t have your own.

This is a donation based class. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society.

Yoga for Beginners

Wednesdays 6pm & Saturdays 11:15am

The perfect class for those who have no or very little yoga experience and want to give it a try in a relaxing, non-threatening setting.. Come learn the basics such as: beginner yoga postures, how to use props, basic breathing techniques, and important tips on how to avoid injury and get the most out of your yoga experience.

Class size is limited to 12 people so please contact shelly@wellfinity.com to reserve your spot. Cost is $15 per person or consider a 2-week unlimited class trial for $25. Punch cards are also available.  Class is held at the studio.  Wear clothes that you can easily move in.  We have a few extra mats available, but if you have your own, please bring one.
