Yoga for Beginners
Sundays 4pm starting March 25th
The perfect class for those who have no or very little yoga experience and want to give it a try in a relaxing, non-threatening setting.. Come learn the basics such as: beginner yoga postures, how to use props, basic breathing techniques, and important tips on how to avoid injury and get the most out of your yoga experience.
Class size is limited to 12 people so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot. Cost is $15 per person or consider a 2-week unlimited class trial for $25. Punch cards are also available. Class is held at the studio. Wear clothes that you can easily move in. We have a few extra mats available, but if you have your own, please bring one.
Pampering Ladies Night – a night of yoga, wine, chocolate, and some fun vendors to treat yourself. Coming this spring!
