A class designed to soothe the mind and body. We will be doing a series of supported poses (no exertion necessary in this class) combined with mindful breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and allow for deep relaxation. Let the props do the work so you can stretch and deeply relax. Get ready to feel pampered.

Yoga for Joints and Glands
Wednesday, June 20th 4-5:15pm
Yoga is an ancient system that is designed to enhance awareness, mental clarity, and physical well-being. While we often think of yoga as a series of challenging postures, the truth is that yoga is meant for everyone. The exercises for joints and glands taught in this 75-minute workshop are designed to gently develop flexibility, strength, and balance helping us to recreate a body image that reflects wholeness and health.
Yoga for joints and glands can be practiced by almost anyone who is comfortable moving up and down from the floor. The benefits include:

- Renewed sense of well-being.

Yoga for Beginners
Wednesdays 6pm & Saturdays 11:15am
The perfect class for those who have no or very little yoga experience and want to give it a try in a relaxing, non-threatening setting.. Come learn the basics such as: beginner yoga postures, how to use props, basic breathing techniques, and important tips on how to avoid injury and get the most out of your yoga experience.
Class size is limited to 12 people so please contact email@example.com to reserve your spot. Cost is $15 per person or consider a 2-week unlimited class trial for $25. Punch cards are also available. Class is held at the studio. Wear clothes that you can easily move in. We have a few extra mats available, but if you have your own, please bring one.
