With private yoga you get the benefit of having a session designed especially to meet your needs.  Perfect for anyone who needs modifications due to injury or special need, beginners who want more in-depth instruction, those healing from trauma, or anyone who simply wants more personalized attention and scheduling.  Private yoga may also be integrated with reiki if client desires.

Single, private yoga session – $75/hour

5-Session package – $360

10-Session package – $675

Semi-Private

More affordable than private, but you still get the benefit of personalized instruction and extra attention.  Have a running buddy with whom you always complain how tight you are?  Or a co-worker who, like you, has always wanted to try yoga but a class seems intimidating?  Then this is for you.

Semi- private yoga, 2 people – $40/person per hour

Semi-private yoga, 3 people, $30/person per hour

Semi-private yoga, 4 people, $25/person per hour
